This cooling body gel is packed with powerful, high quality ingredients that reduce swelling from fluid build-up. Water Loss Gel, most commonly used for heavy legs & swollen ankles contains many impressive ingredients, such as…
- Aloe Barbadensis Leaf can soothe skin and serve as an anti-inflammatory thanks to ingredients like fatty acids and salicylic acid. Aloe is also packed with vitamins, minerals, and other ingredients that detox cells like amino acids and uronic acids. Research shows that this super-gel can hydrate the skin many layers deep.
- Lithothamnium Calcareum is a red, coralaceous algae that grows its own shell. It is rich in calcium and magnesium and is extremely useful for detoxification, eliminating water retention, reducing pain and stress.
- Essential Oils – Water Loss Gel for Fluid Retention contains a powerful blend of essential oils to help your body remove excess fluid from your abdomen and fluid prone areas of the body. The molecular structure of essential oils is small enough to enter into the skin through the hair follicle and sudoriferous pores. Then they radiate out into the sebaceous gland to the dermal layer. Located in the dermal layer are the blood and lymph capillaries. At this level, essential oils are viewed as waste products by the body and are taken up into the circulatory pathways. Scientific studies have shown essential oils in the urine within 20-70 minutes after application.

What you will need:
Water Loss Gel
Natural Dry Brush
Step 1: Make sure your skin is dry and you do not have any products or lotion on.
Step 2: Dry brush your entire body (dry brush blog and video coming soon). For simplicity, when dry brushing, always brush toward your heart, which is best for circulation and your lymphatic system. Start at your feet and work your way up your legs to your arms, chest, back, and stomach. Make your brushes strokes short and quick. This should last anywhere from 3-15 minutes.
Step 3: Now its time to wash off the dead skin and impurities from dry brushing. Take a cool (93-97degrees) shower or bath. This will cause a mild constriction of the tissue which forces the fluid out of the tissue and into the lymphatic system. Please do not use hot water as it will cause the tissue to expand and fill with fluid.
Step 4: Completely dry off and apply Water Loss Gel to fluid prone areas of the body.
Step 5: Drink plenty of water and avoid processed/high sodium foods.
